Beautiful family house in the sunny valley with its own private grass play field. Built with typical yellow stones adding an authentic vibe to it.

There is a covered terrace offering shade in the warm summer sun and a nice open view over the grass field. This house enjoys exceptional privacy. Equipped with a brick BBQ for the long summer nights under the stars. The patio doors open to cosy living room, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a delicious meal for six people and to make a creamy cappuccino.

One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with its own shower and sink. There is a seperate toilet.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs breathing a characteristic atmosphere due to the wooden beams on the ceiling. One of the bedrooms has two twinbeds (80x200cm), but it's possible to change these into a queensize bed (160 x 200cm) as well. The other bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed (180 x 210cm), great for tall people. There is second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
